Do the drains need to be cleared first?
A camera cannot see through a blockage, so a blocked or heavily silted line is jetted clean first. We can do both in one visit.
Will the report be accepted by my solicitor or lender?
Yes. Our reports are written surveys with recorded evidence, suitable for conveyancing, insurance claims and negotiations, and we are happy for them to be shared with the other side’s professionals.
